How long do parcels take to arrive?
As items will be printed on order, We aim to have your order printed within within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail or by Courier for heavier parcels and take 3-5 working days for delivery. Due to the impact of Coronavirus please allow up to 10 working days to receive your item.
Please provide your email address when placing your order so that we can send a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched, including any tracking details for items sent by courier.
Do you offer a next day service?
Due to Covid 19 we are not offering next day shipping.
Please note: orders placed between 1pm Thursday and 1pm Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday, and orders placed between 1pm Friday and 1pm on Monday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
Do we Post Overseas?
We ship most items worldwide, although some very large products cannot be shipped overseas. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery to Europe and 21 working days to the Rest of the World due to current Covid 19 restrictions.
Postage is charged by order value and is automatically calculated by the website when you enter your destination. Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail (airmail service) if they weigh less than 2kg, and by another carrier if they are heavier.
Returns – faulty items In the unlikely event that you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods from us please let us know as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will arrange for the return of the goods and a replacement or refund will be offered.
Returns – unwanted items All our products come with a 28-day money back guarantee, so if you’re not completely happy with your purchase(s), we’ll give you a full refund with no fuss. All we ask is that the goods are returned to us in a complete, resalable condition, ideally with any original packaging. We will refund the purchase price promptly or, if you prefer, exchange the product.
To do this, it would be really helpful if you could email us at email@example.com as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.
P&P charges are non-refundable, except when returning faulty or damaged goods.
